A surprising amount of “we need training” turns out to mean “the right information isn’t available at the moment someone needs it.” For those gaps, a course is the slow, expensive answer — and often the wrong one.
SNDPI designs performance support: job aids, checklists, quick-reference tools, decision guides, and on-the-job support that put the right information at the point of work. We also recommend and help implement the non-training fixes a needs analysis surfaces — a clearer process, a better-designed tool, a changed handoff — because the goal is performance, not seat time.
This is the unglamorous half of the field, and it is frequently the half that works. When a well-placed job aid solves in a week what a curriculum would have addressed in a quarter, that is a win, and we’ll recommend it without hesitation.
