When the analysis says a training intervention is the right move, we design it. SNDPI builds competency-based curriculum for technical and workforce settings: clear performance objectives, practice that mirrors the real task, and assessment that asks whether someone can do the work, not whether they can recognize the right answer on a quiz.
We design for transfer from the first draft. That means working closely with subject-matter experts and the people who supervise the work, building in deliberate practice and feedback, and treating the job — not the classroom — as the place the design has to succeed. Where the workforce is bilingual, the curriculum is built bilingually from the start rather than translated as an afterthought. Where the workforce can’t stop working to attend, the design accounts for distance, schedule, and the days that cannot be taken off.
A beautiful course that nobody can reach, or that doesn’t change what happens on the job, is not a finished design. We don’t call it done until it works where the work is.
