Program Evaluation & Measurement

Completion rates and satisfaction surveys are easy to collect and poor at predicting whether anyone can do the work six months later. SNDPI builds evaluation that asks the harder question: did the learning transfer to performance on the job, and did it hold?

Working in partnership with Santa Noeta Research, we design evaluation around transfer measures — supervisor ratings, observed task performance, and retention collected at six and twelve months post-completion — alongside the proximal measures most programs stop at. We build these protocols to run on real budgets and in community-based partnerships, because an evaluation plan nobody can afford to execute is just a paragraph in a proposal.

The point is not to grade the program. The point is to know whether it worked, in time to fix it if it didn’t.
